Rt. 44 Recreation center is a spot I first checked out back in 2007. I love little oddities like this. A mini golf course, a go kart track, batting cages, and and snack concessions.
The location has fared pretty well over the last few years, with the exception of a lighthouse that used to be in the middle of a pond that is now completely gone, and the blades on the windmill, which were somehow snapped off since my last visit. Along for this trip was CJ, who'd never been. Good times.
