Nam Car Graveyard

I found this place by accident while hiking home from another location. I saw a dirt driveway, blocked with a log, with multiple no trespassing signs. I was curious as to what was down the driveway, so I trespassed.
Down a long, overgrown driveway, I found a giant car graveyard. Due to the large number of military vehicles, it almost reminded me of scenes I'd seen in movies about Vietnam, so I'm calling it the Nam Car Graveyard.  The fog worked with me for the most part, making this easily one of the more interesting spots I've shot in a while.

Nocturnal Mini Golf

I realized I'd never shot Rt. 44 Recreation Center at night yet, so with nothing better to do, I set on on a 16 mile round trip hike to do so. This place has really gone to shit over the past few years. All the flags are gone from the castles, the blades have fallen from the windmill, and the lighthouse has just mysteriously gone missing. Still, a fun little place. There's also a go-kart track and batting cages, but the sun was coming up quickly, and I had other things I had to do so I didn't stay to shoot those. Another night...

Saying Goodbye To Lincoln Park

While we all knew that they would one day tear down The Comet,  no one ever expected it to happen so fast. Last week, I received news that the development of the land had already begun. With conflicting information about whether it was even still standing or not, Cambria, Saceist, and myself decided to go find out and pay our last respects. The weather was shitty, and by the end of the trip, we were all soaked, but it was worth it to see The Comet one last time. If you haven't said your goodbye's yet, do it soon, before she comes down and is nothing more than a memory.
